We offer the option of oral conscious sedation. This involves taking a prescribed sedative before your appointment. It is not so strong that it will make you sleep. It will, however, make you extremely sleepy and relaxed. You’ll be able to answer simple questions, but afterward most patients have little to no memory of the procedure.
With oral conscious sedation you should plan your day around the appointment. You will need someone to drive you to and from our office.
