Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Advanced Dentistry of Charlotte is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Privacy and HIPAA Considerations

We take your privacy seriously and will use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, SMS and standard email are not always secure methods of communication.
